She leads mentor and mentee operations, manages day-to-day program delivery, and supports continuous improvement across program workflows. Nour previously worked as a university lecturer and brings a strong technical background in network and mobile technology, with hands-on experience in cloud systems, operations management, and technical support. She is committed to leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and drive meaningful, community-centered impact, with a strong passion for empowering Palestinian youth through mentorship, skills development, and access to opportunity.
Ola El-Hato
Digital Programs & Operations Lead
Ola ElHato is a Palestinian computer engineer and digital programs and operations lead at Wasla Connect, specializing in website development, technical support, and digital operations. With prior experience working for a UN agency, she brings a strong understanding of both technology and organizational systems. She also has experience in data analysis, Power BI, and supply chain management, combining her technical expertise with analytical insight to optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making. Ola is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and create impactful, community-focused digital solutions.

Program Coordinator
